Terms & Conditions – Kidjo JazzCash Subscription
Welcome to Kidjo, a fun and educational digital entertainment platform designed especially for kids, offering safe, engaging, and interactive content. By subscribing to or using our services through the JazzCash payment gateway, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may discontinue use at any time.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, forming a binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and Kidjo, in partnership with JazzCash and its authorized partners (“we”, “our”, “us”).
We may update or modify these Terms periodically to reflect service improvements or regulatory requirements. Any material changes will be communicated in advance, and continued use will signify your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility & Access
- The Service is available to users in Pakistan who subscribe through the JazzCash payment gateway.
- Users must have a valid JazzCash-enabled payment method to subscribe and access the Service.
- The Service is intended for parents and guardians subscribing on behalf of children.
- You are responsible for ensuring that all subscription details are accurate and that your device and JazzCash account or wallet status allows uninterrupted service access.
3. Subscription & Charging
- By subscribing through JazzCash, you agree to be charged according to your selected subscription plan.
- The Service is billed at PKR 200 + applicable taxes per month (“PKR 200+T/M”), unless otherwise stated.
- Charging begins immediately upon successful subscription via JazzCash.
- The Service renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless unsubscribed before renewal.
- Subscription fees are deducted directly from your JazzCash account or authorized payment method.
4. Validity & Auto-Renewal
- Monthly Package: Valid for 30 days from the time of activation.
- Subscriptions automatically renew every month if sufficient funds are available in the JazzCash account or linked payment method at the time of renewal.
- Failure to maintain sufficient balance may result in suspension or termination of service access.
5. Unsubscription
You may unsubscribe at any time through:
- In-app cancellation option; or
- Official SMS or JazzCash unsubscription mechanism provided for the Service.
Once unsubscribed, access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing period.
No refunds are applicable for partially used subscription periods.
6. Service Use & Responsibility
- The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
- You agree to use it solely for personal and lawful purposes.
- You are responsible for ensuring sufficient JazzCash balance or payment authorization for recurring charges.
- You must not misuse, copy, modify, or redistribute any Service content.
7. Payments & Refund Policy
- All payments are securely processed through JazzCash and its authorized payment partners.
- All charges are final and non-refundable, except in cases of verified billing errors or as required by applicable law.
- If you experience any billing issue or duplicate charge, you may contact customer support for resolution.
8. Intellectual Property
- All Kidjo content, including videos, graphics, lessons, and design elements, is owned or licensed by Kidjo.
- Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
- You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access content for personal use only.
9. Service Updates & Changes
We may occasionally enhance or modify features, pricing, or subscription plans to improve the Service experience. Any significant updates will be communicated via SMS, in-app notifications, or official JazzCash channels.
10. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide a reliable and safe experience, occasional interruptions may occur due to maintenance, network issues, or third-party dependencies.
Neither Kidjo nor JazzCash shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall first be resolved amicably between the user and Kidjo/JazzCash support teams.
